PSB & DINDINGS POULTRY JOIN FORCES TO ADVANCE NATIONAL FOOD SECURITY THROUGH STRATEGIC POULTRY BREEDING COLLABORATION IN PERAK

In a bold move to reinforce Malaysia’s poultry supply chain and national food security, Perbadanan Ekonomi Islam Perak Sdn Bhd (PSB) — a wholly owned subsidiary of Majlis Agama Islam dan `Adat Melayu Perak (MAIPk), today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dindings Poultry Development Centre Sdn Bhd (DPDC), a subsidiary of Dindings Tyson Sdn Bhd (DTSB), which is a joint venture company between Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) and Tyson International Holding Company, to establish Breeder Poultry Farms in Perak.

The signing ceremony was held on 3 July 2025 at WEIL Hotel, Ipoh officiated by PSB Group Chief Executive Officer, Amirul Hakim Abdullah and MFM Deputy Executive Chairman cum Managing Director, who is also the Executive Chairman of DTSB, Teh Wee Chye, witnessed by Dato’ Dr. Ansary and MFM Independent Director Dato’ Seri Zainal Abidin Mahamad Zain.
